Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Bid-Concierge website or services. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
⚠️ Bid-Concierge is a concierge bid facilitation service. We are not a licensed contractor, general contractor, construction manager, or real estate professional. We do not perform any construction work and are not a party to any contract between you and a contractor.
Bid-Concierge provides a paid concierge service that connects homeowners with local contractors in the Greater Houston and Fort Bend County area. Our services include:
Bid-Concierge is strictly a referral and facilitation service. We are not a contractor, subcontractor, construction manager, or agent of any contractor. We do not supervise, manage, or guarantee the work performed by any contractor. All contracts for construction work are entered into solely between you and the contractor of your choice.
We make no warranties or representations about the quality, timeliness, legality, or fitness of any contractor's work, estimates, or bids.
While we make reasonable efforts to include contractors who are licensed, insured, and in good standing in Texas, we do not guarantee, warrant, or independently verify the credentials, license status, insurance coverage, or quality of work of any contractor in our network. It is your responsibility to independently verify a contractor's credentials before entering into any agreement with them.
You can verify contractor licensing in Texas at the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) at tdlr.texas.gov.
Payment for Bid Collection or Bid + Negotiate services is due at the time of submission. All fees are non-refundable once we have initiated outreach to contractors on your behalf. If we are unable to obtain any contractor responses within 5 business days, we will issue a full refund.
Contractor referral fees (5% of the awarded contract value) are due within 5 business days of a contract being signed between you and the contractor. Contractors in our network agree to self-report awarded jobs and remit fees promptly.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting a project request. Inaccurate project descriptions may result in bids that do not reflect actual project costs. Bid-Concierge is not responsible for bid inaccuracies caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.
Bid-Concierge does not guarantee that you will receive lower prices, save money, or obtain a contractor as a result of using our services. Bid outcomes depend on market conditions, contractor availability, and project scope. Our negotiation service represents our best efforts but does not guarantee a specific outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bid-Concierge, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Bid-Concierge for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bid-Concierge and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or any dispute between you and a contractor.
All content on the Bid-Concierge website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Bid-Concierge and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
